The trainer will guide students and early-career professionals in preparing effective resumes and profiles tailored to freelance opportunities in medical coding and pharmacovigilance. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one consultations on resume structure, content, and presentation; advising on how to showcase technical skills, certifications, and project experience; and helping learners navigate freelance platforms and job search strategies. The trainer will collaborate with academic staff to align training materials with industry requirements, develop sample resumes and templates, and provide feedback to participants to improve their professional branding.
