Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows & Linux desktops and servers
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (servers, desktops, storage, peripherals)
  • Administer Windows Server:
  • - User, group, and permission management
  • - Group Policies (GPO) and security policies
  • Ensure robust network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular system backups and perform data recovery operations when needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of network administration, including experience with firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and network security practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Added Advantage
  • -Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)
  • - Knowledge of PowerShell / Bash scripting
  • - Understanding of system security hardening
  • - Exposure to monitoring and performance tools
  • - Basic knowledge of AI concepts or AI infrastructure support
