Female HR & Payroll Assistant/Officer

Job Objective:
To manage and support the company’s HR and payroll operations across multiple companies, ensuring accurate payroll processing, employee records, compliance with company policies and Qatar Labour Law, and timely delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, and other employee payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave, sick leave, and employee movement records.
  • Prepare payroll reports, salary sheets, and supporting documents for management approval.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll transfers, salary adjustments, deductions, and employee settlements.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, contract renewals, and offboarding procedures.
  • Prepare employment contracts, salary certificates, letters, and other HR documents.
  • Assist with recruitment, interviews, and coordination of new employee joining formalities.
  • Monitor employee visa, QID, medical, and other documentation requirements.
  • Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with applicable Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, leave, attendance, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
  • Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for management.
  • Coordinate HR activities across different companies within the Group.

Job Criteria / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably within a group of companies.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law and employment regulations.
  • Experience handling attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, final settlements, and employee benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, payroll calculations, and reporting.
  • Experience with HRMS/ERP systems; knowledge of Odoo is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple companies or business units.
  • Available to join immediately is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Qatar is preferred.

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
