Ltd. is a growing engineering and project-based company operating in the Fire & Safety industry, with expertise in Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Tenders, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Water Mist Systems, EV Fire Vehicles and advanced fire-safety technologies. The company undertakes Government, institutional, industrial, commercial and private projects and is expanding its business across North India. INDUSTRY & ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven professional who can take ownership of Government tendering, liaisoning, institutional business development and private-project sales. The ideal candidate should understand technical project businesses and be comfortable dealing with Government Departments, consultants, contractors and private organizations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Handle Government Tendering & Liaisoning with Government Departments. Identify, analyze and participate in relevant Government Tenders. Manage GeM Portal and various E-Procurement Portals, including tender submission and documentation. Coordinate with Government Departments for tender follow-ups, clarifications, orders and execution. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant Government Departments and institutional clients. Independently manage tender documentation, quotations, compliance and submission processes. Generate and develop private-sector sales opportunities along with Government business. Follow up with clients, consultants and decision-makers and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Support the company in achieving Government as well as Private Project Sales targets. CANDIDATE PROFILE ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Government Tendering, Liaisoning and Business Development. Strong practical knowledge of GeM and E-Procurement Portals. Positive understanding of Government procurement procedures and tender documentation. Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills. Willingness to travel for Government and Private projects as required. Travel expenses for approved business travel will be reimbursed separately by the company. Candidates with an existing Government/Institutional network and proven order-conversion track record will be preferred.
