The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and managing the full sales cycle for Volody’s CLM solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, presenting value propositions to prospects, and building strong relationships with decision makers in legal, finance, and business teams. The executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored proposals, maintain and grow key accounts, and achieve defined revenue and growth targets. Regular market research, pipeline reporting, and participation in events or client meetings will be part of the day-to-day activities.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.</li><li>Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive long-term customer value.</li><li>Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly, handle objections, and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or legal/contract management solutions is highly beneficial.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, presentation, and CRM usage skills are advantageous.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel locally for client meetings as required.</li></ul>
