We are looking for a motivated Tellecaller to join our team. This is a part-time work-from-home position located in Sector 14. The ideal candidate can have experience ranging from zero to six years and should have at least completed the 10th grade.Key Responsibilities:- Making Calls: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls to introduce our products/services and generate interest.- Responding to Queries: Answer questions from customers effectively, providing clear and accurate information to help them understand offerings.- Updating Records: Maintain and update customer information in the database after each call, ensuring accurate records for follow-ups.- Achieving Targets: Work towards achieving daily or weekly calling targets set by the management, demonstrating focus and dedication.- Reporting Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their inquiries or experiences and report it to the management for improvements.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and any other regional language. You should be comfortable talking on the phone and have a friendly, professional demeanor. Basic computer skills are necessary for handling calls and updating records accurately. We are looking for individuals who are persuasive, patient, and willing to learn. A strong ability to listen and address customer needs is essential. No prior experience is required, but enthusiasm and a proactive approach will be valued.
