[Remote] Mobile Device Management Engineer (Puerto Rico)

The role involves building, testing, and implementing mobile device management solutions while providing engineering support for mobile device and connectivity issues. Responsibilities Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (reputed company such as MobileIron and Intune Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations based on reputed company and BU requirements Develop and enforce mobile security policies, compliance standards, and procedures Participate in vendor meetings to ensure vendor is delivering services timely and aware of product issues Participate in troubleshooting, drive gaps and issues to resolution Independently undertake projects of a complex nature and ad-hoc requests as required Provides support, (architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency), for multiple MDM technologies and environments Architects improvement opportunities spanning service delivery, user experience, security, etc Implement and execute system upgrades of the on premise and cloud servers Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
