Core Windows Server Skills

  • Administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025
  • Installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell
  • Windows security, certificates, firewalls, and event-log analysis
RDS Architecture and Components
  • RD Session Host
  • RD Connection Broker
  • RD Web Access
  • RD Gateway
  • RD Licensing
  • RD Virtualization Host
  • High availability, load balancing, collections, and session management
User Environment Management
  • User Profile Disks and FSLogix profile containers
  • Folder redirection, roaming profiles, and Group Policy
  • Published applications (RemoteApp)
  • Printer, clipboard, drive, and device redirection
  • User session limits, idle timeouts, and reconnection policies
Networking and Security
