Location: Delhi / Noida

Employment: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Defence Sales & Business Development professional to lead strategic business development initiatives across the Indian defence ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Defence/Government Sales, B2G and institutional sales, with a proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and drive complex deals from requirement identification to commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Defence Business Development strategy
  • Identify emerging defence requirements, capability gaps and new opportunities
  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of strategic defence opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and requirement identification to trials, tenders, negotiations and closure
  • Build relationships with the Indian Armed Forces, MoD, DRDO, DPSUs, CAPFs, government agencies and industry partners
  • Track RFIs, EOIs, RFPs, tenders and upcoming procurement programmes
  • Develop strategic partnerships with defence OEMs, system integrators and technology companies
  • Work closely with R&D, Engineering and Product teams to develop customer-focused solutions
  • Identify opportunities aligned with Make in India, indigenous defence technology and Atmanirbhar Bharat

What we are looking for:

8–15 years of experience in Defence Sales / Business Development / Government Sales / Aerospace / Defence Technology

Strong understanding of the Indian defence procurement ecosystem

Proven B2G and institutional sales experience

Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value strategic accounts

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and closing skills

Ability to sell complex technology solutions and engage with technical stakeholders

  • Strong network within the defence ecosystem and ability to independently create new business opportunities.
