Job Description: Receptionist in Delhi Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as a Receptionist in Delhi? We are seeking both fresher and experienced candidates to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department. Provide them with information about our services and facilities. Managing Calls: Handle incoming calls in a polite and professional manner. Transfer calls to the relevant department or take messages accurately. Scheduling Appointments: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meetings. Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid conflicts. Handling Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes. Ensure all communications are addressed promptly and accurately. Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure magazines, brochures, and promotional materials are stocked and displayed neatly. Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. This may include data entry, filing, photocopying, and other general office tasks. Handling Payments: Collect payments from clients and issue receipts. Maintain accurate records of transactions and follow up on outstanding payments as necessary. Requirements: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus. Experience: Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Experience in a similar role or customer service environment is advantageous. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age to be eligible for this position. Gender: This position is open to candidates of all genders - male and female. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
