Purchase & Order Execution Coordinator – Printed Food Packaging

Role Objective

Manage approved purchase orders from order placement to production, quality check and dispatch, ensuring every order is executed correctly and on time.

Working Hours – IST

  • 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Regular working hours for supplier coordination, production follow-ups and order execution.
  • 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Reporting, status updates and coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate Purchase Orders with approved suppliers.
  • Coordinate artwork, samples and final approvals before production.
  • Follow up on production schedules and committed completion dates.
  • Track all running orders and maintain daily order status.
  • Coordinate QC/inspection and production-related issues.
  • Coordinate invoices, payment requirements, packing lists and shipping documents.
  • Follow up until goods are ready and dispatched on time.
  • Maintain complete order records in Excel/ERP/Airtable.
  • Escalate delays, quality issues or specification deviations immediately.
  • Maintain professional communication with existing suppliers.

Preferred Candidate

  • 2–6 years experience in Purchase / Procurement / Order Execution / Production Coordination.
  • Experience in printed packaging, food packaging or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong supplier follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets/ERP skills.
  • Excellent organization and documentation.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.

Important: This is primarily an order execution and supplier coordination role, not a new-vendor sourcing role. Candidates must be comfortable working the stated split working hours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
