Amazon PPC VAs play a critical role in helping brands improve product visibility, increase sales, and maintain profitable advertising performance. This role focuses on the operational and analytical side of Amazon advertising, including campaign management, keyword research, bid optimization, reporting, and performance monitoring. The ideal Amazon PPC VA is data-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with advertising metrics and spreadsheets. While prior Amazon PPC experience is highly desirable, candidates with backgrounds in digital advertising, performance marketing, eCommerce operations, data analysis, or marketing support are also encouraged to apply. Candidates may support businesses at different stages of growth, from new product launches to established brands seeking ongoing advertising optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Amazon Advertising Campaign Management Assist with creating, organizing, and maintaining Amazon PPC campaigns Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Support budget allocation and bid adjustment activities Help maintain campaign structures based on client goals and strategies Assist with product launches and advertising setup Keyword Research & Search Term Analysis Conduct keyword research using Amazon and third-party tools Analyze search term reports to identify high-performing opportunities Assist with keyword harvesting and negative keyword management Monitor keyword rankings and advertising relevance Support ongoing keyword expansion initiatives Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Sales Prepare recurring PPC performance reports Identify trends, anomalies, and potential performance issues Support data collection and reporting for client reviews Maintain organized campaign documentation and trackers Marketplace & Listing Support Collaborate with teams responsible for product listings and SEO Identify opportunities to improve ad performance through listing enhancements Support competitor and market analysis activities Monitor product and campaign performance during promotions, launches, and seasonal events Operational & Administrative Support Maintain campaign spreadsheets, trackers, and SOP documentation Follow client-specific workflows and optimization processes Assist with task management and reporting schedules Maintain organized records of campaigns, keywords, budgets, and performance history AI & Tool-Assisted Support Utilize AI tools to assist with reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency Learn and adapt to evolving PPC technologies and automation features Support scalable campaign management processes using approved tools and systems IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal Amazon PPC VA: Is analytical and comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics Enjoys identifying trends and solving performance-related problems Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills Can follow standardized processes while adapting to client-specific strategies Communicates clearly and professionally Is proactive in identifying optimization opportunities Is comfortable working independently and managing recurring tasks Is tech-savvy and eager to learn evolving advertising tools and systems Relevant Backgrounds That Translate Well Amazon PPC Specialist Amazon Account Manager Digital Marketing Assistant Paid Media Assistant Google Ads Specialist E-commerce VA Performance Marketing Coordinator Data Analyst or Reporting Assistant Marketing Operations Assistant QUALIFICATIONS Experience in Amazon PPC, digital advertising, eCommerce, or marketing support roles Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance indicators Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to follow SOPs and client-specific processes Prior Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new tools, strategies, and advertising platforms APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE / REQUIRED Amazon Seller Central (preferred) Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Task/project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) Amazon PPC software (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Scale Insights, Perpetua, Pacvue, etc. – training/client dependent) Reporting and analytics tools AI tools for workflow support and productivity SUMMARY We are building an ongoing pool of Amazon PPC Virtual Assistants to support Amazon sellers, agencies, and eCommerce brands with advertising operations, campaign management, keyword research, reporting, and optimization.
