About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Premium Business Unit. As a Territory Manager for Customer Experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, enhancing market penetration, and establishing our Premia workshops as world-class service destinations. You will be responsible for implementing a Balanced Scorecard approach, providing critical field-based product support, and ensuring our customers receive a superior, delightful experience. What youll be doing: Driving Growth: Maximize dealer service revenue and profitability through strategic planning.Elevating CX: Enhance customer happiness indices, NPS, and delight quotients.Process Excellence: Implement SOPs and streamline workshop productivity.Leadership: Develop team skills and manage warranty/technical feedback systems.
