The office of Abhinav Singh, Standing Counsel for MCD and Panel Counsel for GNCTD & UOI, is inviting applications for the positions of Junior Associate and Intern. The opportunity offers hands‑on exposure to litigation, legal drafting, research, and court proceedings before the Delhi High Court and other forums.

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Work:

  • Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), replies, and other pleadings
  • Conducting in-depth legal research
  • Assisting with court proceedings and appearances
  • Working on matters before the Delhi High Court and other forums
  • Supporting day‑to‑day litigation work

Eligibility & Preference:

  • LL.B. graduates
  • Basic knowledge of court proceedings
  • Good legal research skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Candidates interested in litigation and practical legal work
