Hiring: IT Recruiter Domestic C2H Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring to join our team.

Position: IT Recruiter

Gender: Female only

Experience: 14 Years

Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 per month, depending on interview performance

Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
  • Work on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical profiles.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
  • Experience with Naukri and Boolean Search is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.
