About the Role

Park Avenue Real Estate is looking for motivated and professional Property Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves working with clients across sales, off-plan, and secondary-market properties, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable real estate solutions.

We welcome both freshers who are eager to build a career in real estate and experienced consultants with an established client network and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and present property features professionally.
  • Handle off-plan, secondary sales transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
  • Manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
  • Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and transactions.
  • Stay updated with Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market trends, communities, developers, and regulations.
  • Assist clients with the required documentation and transaction procedures.
  • Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales/leasing targets.
For Freshers No previous real estate experience is required. We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn the UAE property market.
  • Good English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
Training and guidance will be provided to suitable freshers.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with previous UAE real estate experience should ideally have:
  • Proven experience in property sales or leasing.
  • Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market.
  • Existing client or investor network is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary-market transactions.
  • Experience dealing with developers, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close transactions.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales or leasing targets.
