Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through email and live chat.
  • Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to international customers.
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality.
  • Follow company processes, guidelines, and communication standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.
  • Candidates must have experience in non-voice, email, or chat support.
  • Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing, grammar, and comprehension skills.
  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
