As a Data Entry & Reporting Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of data integrity for multiple client accounts. Your meticulous work will enable account managers to make informed decisions, support franchisees with accurate information, and ultimately drive the success of our restaurant partners. This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates residing on the U.S. East Coast to align with our core business hours and client time zones. Key Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry: Input and maintain client data across various systems, ensuring every record meets our high‑quality standards. Report Generation: Run, format, and distribute regular and ad‑hoc reports, adhering to established templates and timelines. Account Management Support: Provide timely data insights to the account management team, enabling proactive client service. Client Communication: Liaise with franchisees and corporate contacts to verify information, resolve discrepancies, and confirm details. Data Cleanup & Maintenance: Conduct routine data hygiene tasks, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions. Administrative Assistance: Offer general administrative support to the account management team, including document preparation and scheduling.
