Corporate Business Development Manager

As a Corporate Sales Executive at Cokonet Academy, you will be responsible for driving sales for our Corporate Business Vertical. Your main focus will be on identifying and acquiring corporate clients for training programs in SAP, Cloud, AI, and other IT and Non-IT domains. You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and decision-makers in various industries, and pitch customized training solutions to clients based on their specific needs.You will be expected to handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiations and contract signing. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless training delivery and post-sales support will be crucial. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging corporate training needs is also an essential part of this role.The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in corporate training sales or B2B sales in the EdTech/Training/IT sector. Strong networking skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required. Knowledge of SAP training and IT skill development trends would be a plus.
