About the Internship

Skillzenloop is looking for friendly, patient, and communication-focused individuals to join as Email & Chat Support Interns.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer questions through email and chat channels.
  • Understand customer requests and provide clear, relevant information.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful communication style.

  • Identify issues that require additional assistance and escalate them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
