Job Summary

EcoHomely is seeking a highly professional, knowledgeable, and reliable Cleaning Operations Manager tospearhead our cleaning division in Visakhapatnam (Vizag). The ideal candidate possesses comprehensiveend-to-end expertise in modern cleaning technologies, chemicals, and equipment. This role is strictly centered on managing the human capital lifecycle—including the recruitment, training, and scheduling of dedicated

cleaning staff—while implementing absolute, multi-tiered quality checks and routine audits to ensure premium service delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

1. Talent Acquisition & Team Management

  • Hiring & Onboarding: Take full ownership of screening, interviewing, and hiring competent cleaning

professionals to meet organizational capacity.

  • Technical Training: Design and execute training modules covering deep cleaning, specialized surface

preservation, machine operations, and safety standards.

  • Rostering & Deployment: Develop efficient daily shift schedules, emergency backup teams, and targeted

deep-cleaning rosters.

  • Performance & Culture: Evaluate staff performance routinely, fostering professional workplace decorum,

high morale, and strict accountability.

2. Rigorous Quality Control & Compliance

  • Quality Checks: Execute continuous, randomized, and documented quality assurance audits across all

assigned client locations to maintain impeccable cleanliness.

  • EHS Protocols: Ensure strict compliance with environmental health, safety rules, and appropriate

professional chemical-dilution handling.

  • Client Satisfaction: Address service gaps immediately and implement preventive workflows based on

feedback.

3. Inventory & Operations Planning

  • Resource Management: Monitor equipment functionality, manage material logistics, and maintain optimized

inventory levels to prevent any service interruptions.
