The role requires a blend of business analysis, functional consulting, technology understanding, and stakeholder management capabilities to support platform implementation, integration, migration, and modernization initiatives across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, and Operations functions. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, support testing, and drive the delivery of complex change programs across global financial institutions.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Business Analysis & Requirements Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Engage with business, operations, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, process walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.</li><li>Produce high-quality BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.</li><li>Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, process reviews, and future-state operating model design.</li><li>Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements, solution design, testing activities, and implementation deliverables.</li><li>Support business readiness, change management, and operational transition activities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Capital Markets Functional Analysis<br><br></strong><ul><li>Analyze and document Front-to-Back trade lifecycle processes across Capital Markets and Treasury functions.</li><li>Support initiatives involving trade capture, lifecycle management, confirmations, settlements, securities processing, reconciliations, collateral management, corporate actions, accounting, and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to define business processes and control frameworks.</li><li>Assist in the design and implementation of target-state business processes and operating models.</li><li>Support regulatory, operational, and transformation initiatives impacting Capital Markets functions.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Technology & Integration Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.</li><li>Define functional requirements for platform enhancements, integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and data solutions.</li><li>Analyze upstream and downstream system dependencies, interfaces, and data flows.</li><li>Develop source-to-target mappings, support data analysis activities, and validate business data requirements.</li><li>Support implementation, migration, integration, and platform modernization initiatives across Capital Markets ecosystems.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Testing & Delivery<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create and review test scenarios, test cases, and business test data.</li><li>Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, end-to-end validation, and production verification activities.</li><li>Coordinate defect triage, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout testing cycles.</li><li>Validate delivered functionality against business and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support deployment planning, implementation activities, and post-production stabilization.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Domain Experience<br><br></strong><strong>Required Skills & Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Treasury, or Financial Markets.</li><li>Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade
