Job Summary

Space Creating Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and technically sound SolidWorks Engineer / Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in metal furniture design and manufacturing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SolidWorks and be capable of developing accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and modify 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.

  • Design metal furniture and related components as per customer and production requirements.

  • Prepare detailed drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, materials, and specifications.

  • Develop sheet-metal and fabrication designs suitable for manufacturing.

  • Generate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and support production documentation.

  • Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.

  • Modify designs based on production feedback and engineering requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all design work.

  • Apply technical knowledge of space planning/space-creating solutions and furniture design wherever required.

Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks.

  • Good understanding of metal furniture design and fabrication.

  • Knowledge of sheet-metal design, welding, bending, cutting, and fabrication processes.

  • Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings.

  • Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.

  • Technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with production and other departments.

Eligibility

  • Qualification: Graduate with relevant technical knowledge.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in SolidWorks/design, preferably in metal furniture or fabrication.

  • Gender: Male.

  • Salary: ₹22,000 per month.
