Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2D & 3D Graphic Designer focused on offline marketing, based in New Delhi. The role involves creating 2D and 3D visual assets for print and physical brand touchpoints, such as posters, brochures, event signage, packaging, and environmental graphics. The designer will translate brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts, develop layouts, and refine designs in collaboration with marketing and events teams. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts, preparing production-ready files, coordinating with printers and vendors, and ensuring visual consistency across all offline materials. The role may also involve supporting brand identity projects and contributing design ideas to integrated campaigns. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to create and maintain cohesive brand identities across offline channels.Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with a solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, and legibility for print and large-format designs.Candidates should have experience in 2D and 3D design for offline marketing materials, such as event setups, standees, booths, and environmental graphics.Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and vendors in New Delhi.A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D offline work, is preferred. .
