About the Role This role combines project management, customer implementation, product operations, and AI-assisted product development. Responsibilities Managing multiple product and customer implementation projects simultaneously. Tracking deliverables, timelines, and commitments across development, leadership, and customers. Ensuring projects stay on schedule and proactively identifying potential roadblocks. Coordinating customer onboarding and implementation activities. Running project status meetings and following up relentlessly on action items. Working directly with our development team to prioritize enhancements and customer requests. Using AI development tools (including \"Scott\") to help build and enhance our platforms through natural-language prompting. Testing current functionality before customer release. Documenting requirements, workflows, and implementation processes. Helping improve our onboarding experience as our customer base continues to grow.
