Job Description:

The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining positive relationships between employees and the organization. Their responsibilities encompass various aspects of employee relations such as employee movement, performance, discipline, documentation, employee offboarding, and employee engagement. They handle level I HR tickets and they assist the HR Specialist, HR Officer, or HR Director on escalated tickets when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles Level I HR tickets – general HR inquiries and/or concerns of the teams assigned to them.
  • Assists in Level II tickets as needed: Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, Culture, and other aspects of HR.
  • Acts as the HR administrator for employee movement -- system changes, tracker updates, and employee meeting, if necessary.
  • Assists the Onboarding Specialist in the collection of requirements upon hire.
  • Updates all the HR systems and trackers for their assigned team.
  • Assists with monthly/quarterly audit.
  • Builds and nurtures good relationship with Team Leads and Managers of the teams assigned to them.
  • Works with managers to improve employee engagement through ITS CONVERSE for the teams assigned to them.
  • Handles Performance Improvement and Disciplinary calls with team members with issues.
  • Conducts new hire orientation for the onboarding members of the team assigned to them.
  • Processing of employee loan and equipment requests for the team assigned to them.

Job KPIs:

  • 100% assigned regular ticket is updated weekly (external update).
  • 100% assigned P1 ticket is updated daily (external update).
  • 0 No Contact ticket per week

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BA Human Resource Development Management or BS Psychology, preferred
  • Must be technologically competent
  • Willing to work the Eastern or Pacific business hours
  • Experience using a ticketing system is a plus
  • Have a strong attention to details
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Has a passion for learning new things and keeping up with the latest HR trends

Job Requirements:

  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or
    • AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or
    • macOS 12 or newer.
    • Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:
    • Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
    • Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.
    • Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.
    • Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).

Compensation:

 Pay rate starts at $4.08/hr and may vary by experience and location.
