<p>Flint Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health RN to join their behavioral health team in Canada, with relocation assistance to the US. Candidates must have an NCLEX and RN License in the US or Canada, along with psychiatric nursing experience. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to patients, conducting assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This includes assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care for patients dealing with a range of psychiatric conditions. The nurse offers both direct and indirect support, ensuring a therapeutic environment that promotes mental wellness and stabilization.
