Growth & Operations Associate – Founder’s Office - Fresher (WFH)


About the job:

We're looking for someone who's excited to grow with us. At TyouharIndia, your voice matters, your work creates real impact, and every day brings something to celebrate. This is a generalist role in the founder's office, at the intersection of growth, sales, customer experience and operations. You will work directly with the founder and core team, taking ownership of day-to-day business priorities as well as growth initiatives, playing a visible role in scaling a purpose-driven brand. The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, highly organised, comfortable with technology, good with people and willing to figure things out independently.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Growth & business development:
1. Generate, follow-up and close leads across D2C, B2C & B2B channels
2. Pitch and onboard retail/gifting and other business partners
3. Manage B2B accounts- onboarding, stock planning and payments
4. Build and nurture customer and partner relationships

B. Customer experience:
1. Engage with customers across relevant channels and assist them through their purchase journey
2. Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery
3. Gather and analyze voice of customer insights

C. Business operations:
1. Work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors and partners to get things done
2. Coordinate order-to-delivery activities and ensure timely communication
3. Track business metrics, sales pipelines, customer feedback and operational performance
4. Identify operational gaps and help build simple processes, systems and SOPs
5. Support the founder on high-priority business initiatives, research, problem-solving and execution across functions
6. Use CRM, ERP, e-commerce, productivity and AI tools to improve day-to-day operations, identify automation opportunities, and drive process improvements
