You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.You will:- Craft and communicate a compelling product roadmap for AI/ML-powered platforms and features.- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn strategic goals into actionable product requirements and translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-centric experiences.- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle-from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch and manage the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-value features.- Use user feedback and performance data to refine features and optimize product-market fit.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Take the first step towards your dream career- Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's with 8 to 12 years in Product Management, Computer Science, or related field with proven success in delivering AI/ML-based products-especially in NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.- 3-6 years in dedicated Product Management or Ownership roles.- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Strategic mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems through AI.Desirable Requirements:- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment workflows with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.- Exposure to big data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop) and experience working with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.Who we are:We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
