Zomato is looking for delivery partners who can reliably cover Dwarka Sector 28, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹42,000 per month.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
  • Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
  • Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
  • Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
  • Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
  • Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable

Eligibility Criteria

  • Own bike/scooter or scooty
  • Aadhar card
  • Age 18+
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
  • PAN card
  • Good communication
