Job Title: WFA – Processor

Location: Hyderabad

Exp Range: 1-4 Years

Date:11th Jul 2026

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Venue: TCS, Synergy Park, Non SEZ Unit, Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 500032

Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)

Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview

• Step 1: Visit

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 2 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Job Summary The Workforce Administration (WFA) Team Member supports Employee Data Management and Hire-to-Retire operations by executing transactional activities with high accuracy. The role ensures timely processing of employee data and payroll-related transactions while maintaining compliance and SLA adherence in a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee data management transactions with high accuracy
  • Handle simple to moderately complex payroll-related updates within Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems ensuring data integrity
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and upstream/downstream stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Support reporting and documentation activities
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degreeExperience Requirements

2 years of experience with at least 1 year in employee data management or HR operations

Key Skills & Competencies

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • MS Office and Excel proficiency
  • Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes
