You will build, migrate, optimize, secure, and maintain websites end to end, covering everything from clean code and SEO implementation to server management, Cloudflare configuration, and reliable backup systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain websites using WordPress/Elementor & Webflow.</li><li>Convert Figma/design files into responsive, pixel-perfect websites.</li><li>Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and Elementor layouts.</li><li>Build and manage Webflow CMS and components.</li><li>Fix website bugs, layout issues, and technical problems.</li><li>Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.</li><li>Implement SEO requirements including schema, redirects, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt, etc.</li><li>Manage website migrations, staging, domains, and basic hosting tasks.</li><li>Integrate forms, tracking codes, APIs, and third-party tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Expert-level proficiency in Webflow and WordPress with Elementor.</li><li>Experience with other page builders (Divi, WPBakery, Bricks, Oxygen, Gutenberg).</li><li>Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.</li><li>Proven experience with website migration and code cleanup.</li><li>Solid understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, DNS management, and hosting control panels.</li><li>Experience in server maintenance, backup scheduling, and backup restoration.</li><li>Knowledge of website security and malware removal.</li><li>Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><br></p>
