Warehouse Operations Manager-FMCG/Health food Startup

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to grow with the team. As Operations Manager your responsibilities would include:

  • Warehouse management and performance of the warehouse.
  • Operational efficiency and inventory management of the warehouse.
  • Planning and Procurement of Raw Materials & Packaging materials.
  • Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation and cost reduction
  • Project Infrastructure planning and procurement for the warehouse...
  • Responsible for end to end logistics performance of the organisation for the domestics as well as international operations.
  • Performance of the last mile international operations.
  • Meeting and exceeding the delivery performance to the customer.
  • Process mapping, process improvement across the supply chain

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of overall experience, with atleast 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain , warehouse management or strategy.
  • Experience with both strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and high sense of ownership.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to lead and collaborate with cros functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and work on complex projects.
  • Strong growth track record in the past professional career.
  • Outstanding written, oral Communication skills and organizational ability.
