About the Role

Our client, a fast-paced logistics and warehousing facility located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh , is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join their night shift team. This role is essential for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently during overnight hours, focusing on receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic to contribute to a productive warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position offering a stable opportunity within the logistics sector in the busy industrial hub of Ghaziabad .

Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures. Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper placement and accessibility. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Participate in inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as required. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred but not essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items. Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting operational deadlines.
