• Steer Phase-II mega-projects under the PPP/DBFOT framework.
• Foster bilateral energy diplomacy with foreign governments, national oil corporations, and international energy institutions.
• Maintain full compliance with the MoA, AoA (Clause 73), and regulatory bodies.
Deputy CEO • Assist the CEO in converting long-term policy into actionable ground operations and performance targets.
• Day-to-day oversight and operational monitoring of all Phase-I crude storage sites.
• Supervise crude commercialisation, off-take arrangements, and seamless coordination with domestic refiners.
• Drive project management, milestone tracking, and bottleneck resolution for Phase-II projects.
• Lead technical engineering appraisals and feasibility studies for new storage facilities.
• Coordinate international partnerships and engagements with overseas strategic reserve entities.
