Stipend: Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000

We are looking for enthusiastic and organized Trainees to join our organization across various departments. As a trainee, you will assist in daily operations, complete assigned tasks, attend training sessions and meetings, maintain records and documentation, and collaborate with teams to gain practical industry experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills and learn organizational processes in a dynamic work environment.

Upon successful completion of the 6-months training period, If candidate wants to continue for full time then the candidate will be required to sign a service agreement committing to serve the organization for a minimum period of 18 months.

What you will do?

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
  • Assist in conducting induction and training sessions for new joiners.
