Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated B.Com graduates from the 2026 batch to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in transaction processing, investor servicing, operations, compliance, and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

  • Process subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation.
  • Support NAV activities and transaction uploads.
Investor Servicing
  • Handle investor queries and provide support.
  • Coordinate customer service activities.
  • Manage service requests efficiently.
Operations & Compliance
  • Monitor compliance and adhere to SOPs.
  • Track and resolve operational exceptions.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements.
Business Support
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Education: B.Com Graduates (2026 Passed-Out Batch Only)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
Internship & Employment Details
  • Candidates must be willing to work from Hyderabad.
  • Initial 6-month internship with a stipend of 15,000 per month.
  • Upon successful completion of the internship and clearance of the assessment, candidates will be converted into permanent employees as Graduate Trainees.
