About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Government Client Success Executive to manage client onboarding, project coordination, implementation, and ongoing communication with government departments and organizations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with government officials, coordinating with internal technical teams, conducting product demonstrations and training, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with government departments, officers, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage client onboarding and project implementation from initiation to completion.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/product teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and user onboarding.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with government clients.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with technical and support teams.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
  • Visit client locations/government offices as required.
  • Identify opportunities for additional requirements, renewals, and project expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with government clients.
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
  • Ability to understand software products and explain them to clients.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for government project requirements.
Preferred
  • Experience working with government projects, tenders, GEM, PSU, Municipal Corporations, Zilla Parishad, or other government organizations.
  • Experience in software/IT product implementation or client servicing.
  • Knowledge of government procurement and project processes will be an advantage.
