  • Work Schedule: 8 hours/day | 6 days/week
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Payroll)

About the Role

At Mahetri, aesthetics are our identity. We are looking for a Visual & Graphic Designer who can capture the soul of our handcrafted leather products and present them to a global audience. You will be responsible for the "first impression"—creating high-end visual assets that stop the scroll, build trust, and drive conversions across our website, social media, and international ad campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Performance-Driven Ad Design: Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to design high-converting Meta and Google ads. This includes everything from cinematic video overlays and "stop-motion" product GIFs to high-impact static layouts.
  • Brand Storytelling: Design cohesive brand assets that reflect Mahetri’s premium positioning. You will ensure the visual language is consistent across the UK, EU, and Indian markets.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Create high-quality product imagery for the website, including infographics, "What’s inside my bag" layouts, and technical diagrams that highlight our leather quality and craftsmanship.
  • Social Media Aesthetics: Manage the "look and feel" of our Instagram and Pinterest feeds. You’ll transform raw shoot footage into polished, trend-setting content (Reels, Stories, and Carousels).
  • Email & Retention Assets: Design visually stunning email newsletters that feel like a luxury magazine, driving engagement and repeat purchases.

WHO YOU ARE

  • The Visionary: You have 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably for a DTC Fashion or Lifestyle brand.
  • Toolbox Master: You are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro) and Figma/Canva for rapid prototyping.
  • Understanding of "The Click": You don't just design for art; you design for action. You understand how typography, color theory, and hierarchy influence a customer’s decision to buy.
  • Video Native: You have a strong grasp of video editing and motion graphics. You know how to make a 15-second Reel feel premium and engaging.
  • Detail Obsessed: You notice the small things—a misaligned pixel or a slightly off brand color drives you crazy.

WHY MAHETRI?

  • Creative Ownership: You aren't just an "order taker." You will have a seat at the table to define the visual direction of our global launches.
  • Work with Premium Content: You’ll have access to high-end product photography and videography to work your magic on.
  • Fast-Paced Growth: See your designs reach millions of people across Europe and the UK within days of creation.
  • Remote-Friendly: We care about your portfolio and your output, not your desk location.

HOW TO APPLY

We don't want to see just a resume. Send us your Portfolio. Show us your best work in: 1) High-converting Ad Creatives, 2) Brand Identity, and 3) Video/Motion Graphics.
