  • Optimize content for different platforms (IG, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.) including aspect ratios, hooks, captions, and pacing.
  • Collaborate with the founder/lead to iterate on formats, test new ideas, and continuously improve performance.

  • Strong command of at least one major editing tool (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.) plus openness to using AI tools from multiple providers (Google, Microsoft, Chinese tools, etc.).
  • Demonstrated portfolio of high-engagement short videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) showing sense of pacing, storytelling, and hooks.
  • Comfort working with AI tools for visuals, captions, or automation and willingness to monitor and experiment with new tools regularly.
  • Ability to work independently for 4–6 hours per day and consistently hit daily/weekly production targets.
  • Good understanding of social media trends, what makes content “viral,” and how to adapt ideas quickly.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with creators, agencies, or performance marketing teams on content at scale.
  • Basic knowledge of automation workflows (APIs, no-code tools, etc.) and interest in helping refine content processes.
  • Familiarity with engagement mechanics (hooks, CTAs, retention tactics) and basic analytics to learn from performance.
