Video Editing/Making - Internship (WFH & Part Time)


About the internship:

We're looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor Intern to help build one of India's fastest-growing FMCG brands. You'll work directly with the founder to create engaging short-form videos, founder stories, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing campaigns for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
This is an opportunity to build a portfolio with real business impact while learning startup execution firsthand.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit 2-3 high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) every day.
2. Create engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
3. Add captions, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and background music.
4. Edit founder videos, product shoots, market visits, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
5. Repurpose long-form content into multiple short videos.
6. Organize video files and maintain a structured content library.
7. Collaborate with the content and social media team to meet weekly content goals.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  2. 2. Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
  3. 3. CapCut or similar editing tools.
  4. 4. Canva (basic).
  5. 5. Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  6. 6. Strong storytelling and attention to detail.
  7. 7. Passionate about content creation and video editing.
  8. 8. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  9. 9. Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup.
  10. 10. Has a portfolio of edited videos (preferred but not mandatory).

Additional information:

  • Stipend Structure:
    Fixed pay: ₹ 6,000 - 10,000 /month
    Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 3,000 /month
  • Job offer:
    On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 350000/year
