Job Overview

Matrix Research Work is urgently hiring an Academic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. We are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented sales professional who can handle leads, understand client requirements, explain our academic and research services, and convert prospects into customers.

Candidates with experience in academic sales, education sales, research services, telecalling, inside sales, or business development will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Connect with students, research scholars, and academic professionals to understand their requirements.
  • Explain academic and research-related services clearly to prospective clients.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Good command of Hindi and English.
  • Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
