UI/UX Designer (Product Designer)

<p><strong><u>About the Role</u></strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced<strong> UI/UX Designer</strong> to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for both <strong>web and mobile platforms</strong>, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools such as <strong>Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and After Effects</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Roles & Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>- Deeply understand user problems, needs, and goals to create intuitive and engaging design solutions..</p><p>- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess feasibility, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric designs.</p><p>- Design and deliver consistent, scalable, and visually appealing UI solutions.</p><p>- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.</p><p>- Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine design outcomes.</p><p>- Partner with development and QA teams to ensure design consistency, functionality, and high usability across products.</p><p>- Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.</p><p>- Champion user-centered design principles and continuously advocate for the best user experience throughout the product lifecycle.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Technical Skills & Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><strong>- 4-6 years of core UI/UX design experience</strong> in digital product design or a similar role..</p><p>- Strong proficiency with <strong>Figma</strong> (must-have), and working knowledge of tools like <strong>Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop</strong>, etc.</p><p>- Proven experience designing for both <strong>web and mobile</strong> platforms..</p><p>- Solid understanding of <strong>user research, usability testing</strong>, and the ability to derive actionable insights..</p><p>- Familiarity with <strong>HTML/CSS</strong> and front-end principles.</p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a <strong>fast-paced, agile</strong> environment.</p>
