Travel Operation - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and organizing domestic and international tour packages.
2. Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
3. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local travel partners.
4. Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
5. Support booking management for hotels, flights, buses, and activities.
6. Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases.
7. Assist in travel documentation and package preparation.
8. Conduct destination research and gather travel-related information.
9. Ensure smooth execution of travel operations before and during departures.
10. Support customer service by resolving basic travel-related queries.
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide travel content and destination updates.

Stipend:

INR₹ 2,000 - 4,500 /month

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree/diploma in travel & tourism, hospitality management, or a related field.
  2. 2. Passionate about the travel and tourism industry.
  3. 3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  4. 4. Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
  5. 5. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  6. 6. Quick learner with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  7. 7. Candidates with prior internship, project work, or certification in tourism will have an added advantage.
