Trainer - Fulfillment Center Operations
Job OverviewAs a Fulfillment Center Trainer at Amazon, you will oversee and deliver structured training to new hires and current associates across all process paths. This role involves supervising peer trainers and instructors, maintaining training records, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with operations leaders to ensure all critical roles are adequately staffed with trained employees.Key Responsibilities* Deliver instructor training and coaching in accordance with AMET standards* Supervise peer trainers and instructors, ensuring consistency and quality in delivery* Track and update training records through Amazons internal systems* Analyze new hire performance data and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes* Organize cross-training initiatives to meet operational peak requirements* Maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with global Amazon standards* Monitor progress of new hires and identify areas for improvement* Support recruitment and onboarding of new instructors and trainers* Attend operational meetings to represent training updates and outcomes* Coordinate with agency partners to enhance new hire performanceJob Requirements* 1 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)* Able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays* Physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking for extended shifts* Strong communication and coaching skills for diverse workforce engagementPreferred Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent* Prior experience in training, instructional delivery, or warehouse operations
