Trainer - Fulfillment Center Learning

div workforce readiness across Amazon Fulfillment Center operations by ensuring employees receive consistent accurate and effective learning throughout different process paths The role combines classroom and floor-based training coordination with coaching data analysis training compliance and continuous improvement By strengthening new hire capability and closing operational skill gaps the Trainer helps improve productivity quality safety and workforce flexibility The position also supports peak-period readiness by coordinating cross-training and ensuring critical roles have sufficient trained coverage Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver training across Fulfillment Center process paths Supervise and support Instructors and Peer Trainers during new hire training Deliver Instructor training according to established MEATR standards Observe training sessions and provide structured coaching to improve delivery quality Ensure new hires receive a consistent and positive learning experience Maintain accurate training records through designated training systems and consoles Keep MEATR learning materials current and ensure they are delivered according to required standards Review new hire learning data daily and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness Analyze individual and group performance during onboarding and early-stage learning Provide actionable feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers based on delivery quality and trainee outcomes Ensure required tests and audits are completed and all responses are properly tracked Coordinate Instructor assignments for cross-training activities Monitor cross-training progress to support peak-season and operational skill requirements Work with Operations teams to maintain and review workforce skill matrices Identify gaps in critical-role capability and prioritize required training Support Operations with delivery of training for critical operational roles Gather feedback from learners Instructors Peer Trainers and operational teams Use feedback and performance data to refine training processes and improve learning outcomes Support recruitment and selection of new Instructors and Peer Trainers Participate in operational and training meetings when required Prepare relevant learning compliance and performance information for stakeholders Partner with agency managers to improve new hire performance and workforce readiness Contribute feedback and improvement recommendations to MEATR-level learning projects Maintain flexibility to work different schedules and shifts according to Fulfillment Center requirements Ideal Profile The role is suitable for a confident communicator with experience delivering presentations explaining processes coaching others or supporting workforce development in an operational environment Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook for reporting training administration presentations and communication Strong attention to detail is important because the Trainer will manage learning records assessments audits skill matrices and performance information that influence workforce deployment Fluent spoken written and reading ability in English is preferred A graduate or postgraduate qualification is also desirable The successful candidate should be comfortable working closely with frontline Operations teams agency managers new hires Instructors and Peer Trainers while adapting training priorities to changing operational requirements Skills Set Fulfillment Center training Operational training New hire onboarding Instructor training Peer Trainer coaching Training delivery Training observation Learning effectiveness Workforce development Training records management Training compliance Skills matrix management Cross-training coordination Critical role training Training audits Learning assessments New hire performance analysis Training data analysis Process improvement Coaching and feedback Facilitation Presentation skills Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook Workforce readiness Peak planning support Training materials management Stakeholder communication Operations partnership Learning performance reporting div div div
