Trainee Shift Operator (Diploma Freshers Only) - Fresher


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment as per SOPs and defined operating parameters.
2. Monitor pre-treatment, generation, storage, distribution, utility, and feed water parameters.
3. Maintain accurate log sheets, chemical consumption, PM records, and QA documentation.
4. Identify operational issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate critical abnormalities.
5. Verify sensor calibration and coordinate with QC for sampling and analysis.
6. Perform basic maintenance activities, including leakage rectification.
7. Participate in CN and customer training programs and conduct operator competency training.
8. Manage shift schedules, contingency arrangements, safety compliance, and assigned site administration activities.
