Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience teaching Hindi and Sanskrit in progressive schools and must be competent in the following areas</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Academic Mastery:</strong> Develop interactive, creative, and research-based lesson plans that instill a love for the language and its literature.</li><li><strong>Curriculum Implementation:</strong> Smoothly implement progressive pedagogical practices, NEP 2020 guidelines, and NCF frameworks in the teaching-learning process.</li><li><strong>Student-Centric Approach:</strong> Ensure academic excellence by developing innovative, student-centric pedagogies that promote deep reading, effective listening, and creative writing skills.</li><li><strong>Technology Integration:</strong> Align self with the existing progressive pedagogical tools, smart-boards, and Google platforms.</li><li><strong>Classroom Management:</strong> Manage workload and time effectively without compromising teaching-learning quality and productivity. Create visually appealing board decorations and engaging sessions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Expected Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable diction and fluency in Hindi.</li><li><strong>Mindset:</strong> High energy levels, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset with non-resistance to change.</li><li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Open to new challenges, quick learner, and capable of withstanding physical and mental stress in a dynamic school environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification: </strong></p><ul><li>Graduate (Hindi or Sanskrit)</li><li>Have completed B.Ed</li><li>CTET Qualified</li></ul>
