Job Summary

Test Manager role for a hybrid work model requiring between ten and fourteen years of experience driving large scale quality assurance initiatives. The role focuses on Salesforce testing Tricentis Tosca automation and qTest test management ensuring reliable delivery for life sciences programs.The Test Manager will collaborate with global stakeholders using strong English communication skills while supporting a day shift schedule


Responsibilities

Drive end to end test planning for complex enterprise programs by defining scope objectives timelines and quality criteria that align with customer expectations and organizational goals

Coordinate functional and regression testing for Salesforce applications using qTest and Tosca to ensure each release meets defined acceptance standards and reduces production defects

Design scalable test strategies that integrate qTest test management Tricentis Tosca automation and manual validation practices to ensure full coverage across systems and interfaces

Optimize qTest usage by defining folder structures test case design standards and traceability practices so that test assets remain reusable maintainable and easy to audit

Configure and maintain Tricentis Tosca assets including modules test cases and test data to support continuous validation of Salesforce and related integrations

Implement efficient automation frameworks in Tosca with a focus on maintainability and stability to reduce regression test cycle time and improve release confidence

Analyze defects trends and root causes from qTest dashboards and testing reports to recommend continuous improvements that enhance product quality and user satisfaction

Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements refine acceptance criteria and resolve issues discovered during test cycles

Guide test teams on best practices for Salesforce testing Tosca automation and qTest usage while ensuring that work products comply with organizational quality standards

Prepare and present clear test progress reports risk assessments and quality metrics to stakeholders using concise and transparent communication in English

Align test activities with hybrid work expectations by organizing team ceremonies clarifying priorities and ensuring effective collaboration across onsite and remote team members

Apply domain understanding from life sciences and SAP environments where relevant to validate data integrity regulatory expectations and business workflows that impact patient and customer outcomes


Certifications Required

Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist or equivalent test automation certification Salesforce testing or ISTQB certification preferred.
