Telecaller – Chennai, Tamil Nadu

TCS.pvt.ltd is hiring a full-time Telecaller in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This role connects with prospective and existing customers, explains telecommunications products and services, and supports sales and customer satisfaction goals. The position is listed as remote eligible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Explain product features and benefits and address customer questions and concerns.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and coordinate with the sales team to support closures.
  • Provide friendly, professional service and help maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share insights and improve call performance.
  • Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • One to two years of telemarketing or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Telecommunications or related industry experience is preferred.

Team and Compensation

Report to the Telecalling Manager and collaborate regularly with the sales team and marketing department. The listed pay is 30000 per month. The role is full-time and remote eligible.
